Ashana Kaiulani is a proud mother of five, QMBT Certified Life Coach, Trauma Support Specialist, speaker, and podcast host who helps women rebuild after betrayal, relational trauma, and abuse. Drawing from professional training and lived experience, her work helps women move out of survival mode and develop deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and trust in themselves again. Ashana is currently pursuing a master's degree in neuroscience and trauma and hosts The Reclamation Room, a global top 10% podcast exploring self-trust, boundaries, and healing after relational harm.
